Since Rebreather Forum 3.0 in 2012, there has been significant discussion about the use of, and effectiveness of, checklists in diving, especially rebreather diving. However, no formal studies have been undertaken to determine their use within the community.
PADI is actively supporting a new study which has been designed with one key aim: to understand the factors which encourage or discourage the use of checklists within the rebreather community and, as a consequence, what can be done to improve their use.
We would be extremely grateful if you could take approximately 10 minutes of your time to fill it in. The survey is anonymous, so please be honest as this will help individuals, manufacturers and training agencies to improve diving safety and performance.
*The survey will close at midnight (GMT) on 29 February 2016.
