Terry Cummins:

Vice President Marketing Metrics and Performance PADI WW and Director Market Development PADI Technical Diving Division

B.A. (Hon), Grad Dip Ed, Grad Dip CM, FAMI, CPM JP

Adding to my responsibilities at PADI Directorship of Marketing Development for our Technical Diving Division has allowed me to again work closely with the technical diving community. I have had an unwavering love for what we now call technical diving since my days of exploring the shipwrecks of Australia, New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and the cave systems of Mount Gambier in Australia from the early 70s. It is gratifying to see our current range of PADI TecRec programs are gaining recognition they truly deserve within the technical diving community as consisting of state of the art programs, training materials and of course that marketing support for which only PADI is known.

With our Closed Circuit Rebreather starting to be introduced later this year we will have the most comprehensive range of courses in the dive industry.

It was a great honour to work with all the other participants and PADI staff on the first PADI TecRec Instructor Trainer crossover and to marvel at their collective experience and enthusiasm.
